In addition to a wide selection of custom apparel options such as t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and hats, we also specialize in creating custom stickers and offer a variety of pre-designed stickers for sale. Whether you're looking to personalize your clothing with your own designs, logos, or text, or want to create unique stickers for any occasion, we've got you covered.

What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
Our fulfillment process takes 2-3 days from the time your order is processed. Please note, this does not include shipping times, which vary based on your location and the shipping option chosen.

Can I return or exchange my custom or non-custom apparel?
For custom apparel and stickers, due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not match your order specifications. For non-custom items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

How should I care for my custom apparel?
For best care, wash your custom apparel inside out in cold water and hang to dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.

How can I ensure my design looks good on the final product?
We recommend uploading high-resolution designs and reviewing our design guidelines on the customization page. After you submit your design, we will communicate via email with a proof for your approval before proceeding with the final print. This step ensures that your design will look as expected on the final product, whether it’s apparel or stickers. If you need help or have specific questions, our customer support team is here to assist you.

Can I use my own design or logo?
Yes, you are encouraged to upload your own design or logo during the customization process. Please ensure the design is of high resolution to ensure a high-quality print on both apparel and stickers.

How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to track your order's progress through our website or the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you have any questions or need assistance related to international orders, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
